Returns Policy

Return Policy:

Planet Rena sells aquatic equipment and supplies, replacement parts and accessories, for use in aquariums, water gardens, ponds and decorative fountains. All merchandise sold on our web site is brand new and comes with complete factory warranty and can be returned for any reason up to 30 days after purchase.

We will refund your purchase price and taxes only. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was broken in shipment and covered by insurance. After 30 days, if you need to return your product due to a defect covered by the manufacturers warranty please return the product directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Returns after 30 days for other than warranty will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. You must contact Planet Rena directly for a return authorization number. No returns are accepted after 90 days of the purchase.

This includes aquariums, water gardens, ponds and fountains. We have over 15 years experience in the business first as an importer and distributor to other dealers and distributors and then as a replacement parts specialist for products sold in the decorative aquatics industry.

Payment Policy:

We accept all major credit cards plus other forms of payment including PayPal and Google checkout along with eChecks. We accept PayPal. Your Receipt will show PlanetRena/Frog Pond Aquatics/W.Brown Distributing.

PayPal: PayPal is convenient and costs nothing to use. You may sign up for a PayPal account or not. It is your choice and you may use any credit card and or electronic check to pay for your order when you use PayPal.

For PayPal, credit cards and electronic checks your account will show Rena OEM Sales, Rena Corp, Planet Rena or W.Brown Distributing as the company charging your account.

NOTE: Your credit card statement name and address MUST match your "sold to" name and address. Your shipping address can be different.

Checkout Instructions For Auctions

Payment must be received within 5 days from the end of the auction. If payment is not received in the allotted time, the item will be forfeited and it will be re-listed. The non-paying bidder will also be reported to ebay.

Payments should be sent to OurPad@FrogPondAquatics.com Shipment will be within 48 hours of receipt of a cleared payment. NC residents pay sales tax.

Shipping Policy:

We ship our orders Monday through Friday via Federal Express and the United States Postal Service. Orders under 3 pounds are usually shipped via US Postal Service. Orders over 3 lbs are generally shipped via Federal Express. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt unless shipping services are closed. We will be happy to quote on other shipping methods and services if requested. Additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please use the "Contact Us" form for these requests and we will do our best to respond within 3 hours if we receive the message between 9-4 Eastern Time M-F, or call Toll-Free 877-885-8481. We are here M-F 9-4 Eastern Time. Messages can be left if we are not able to take your call immediately and we will usually return your call within 24 hours if received between M-F. We personally return all our calls and emails and do not contract with outside companies for support.

FREE SHIPPING

Free Shipping offers include shipping charges only, customers are responsible for all taxes, duty, service charges, expedited shipping costs and COD fees.

Back Orders

We ship over 98% of our orders complete. We will note on your packing list any items that are back ordered and the estimated arrival date of new stock. Please reorder after that date as we don't back order.
